Oilseed Processing & Trading
At Al Ghurair Resources International, we are the biggest crushers in the region housing one of the largest facilities in the world, with a total daily capacity of 6,000 metric tonnes for soybeans and 3,800 metric tonnes for canola. Our IS0 22000 and ISCC certified crushing plant is also supported by a state-of-the-art refinery for soft oils.

From our state-of-the-art facility in Jebel Ali, we produce, pack and supply refined oil to refiners and retailers across the region and beyond through various modes of transporation including shipments via vessels and containers.

Value-Added Products
Lecithin
As a multi-seed crushing plant, we serve the foods, pharmaceutical, cosmetics and chemical with fluid lecithin which is produced from soya, canola and sunflower. The end product is a natural vegetable emulsifier that can be used in foods as well as animal feed.
Our lecithin contains not just the phospholipids but also glycolipids, sterols, carbohydrates, pigments, oil, moisture, cellulose and others.
