Flour and Semolina

We begin by sourcing the finest grain from trusted suppliers in Canada, Australia and India. From then, we partner with leading international milling experts to produce a wide variety of high-quality wheat flour, adopting the most meticulous safety standards.

From establishing Dubai's first flour mill in 1976, to transforming into one of the leading suppliers in the region, our history is deep-rooted in the country’s heritage. Our National Flour Mills, in Dubai’s historic Shindagha district, are a recognised part of Dubai’s fabric of landmarks.

Our semolina is manufactured using the finest durum wheat flour from our mills, using sophisticated processing techniques, and used to serve customers in the preparation of pasta, desserts, biscuits and artisan breads.

Oats

Made in a state-of-the-art oats plant, the newest additions to our nutritious product portfolio feature traditional flaked oats in a variety of sizes, quick cook oats, as well as whole & cut groats – addressing the needs of retail and commercial customers.

In response to the growing consumer demand for oats and oat products, we have increased our production capacities and continue to invest in the development of our technology and processes so that our customers receive a steady supply of freshly milled oats.

Eggs

Our superior quality eggs are produced at our poultry farm in the foothills of the Masafi Mountains, which is the UAE's largest and the most technologically advanced. From chicken rearing to delivery, our quality control supply chain is impeccable.

Our flock is treated to a 100% natural vegetarian diet for assured traceability and freshness. The result is eggs that are rich in taste, full of natural proteins, low in saturated fats and packed with essential vitamins, calcium and minerals.
